Refund policy

We want you to love your Sofi. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

How it works: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Items should be unused and in the condition you received them, in their original packaging where possible. Contact us to start a return and we'll walk you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

If your Sofi arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
